Teniendo en cuenta que se verificó que la petición se formuló de manera extemporánea, la Sala considera que no es posible continuar con su estudio y, por el contrario, que debe RECHAZARLA sin lugar a efectuar pronunciamiento alguno sobre los demás presupuestos formales y materiales de procedencia de las solicitudes de nulidad contra providencias proferidas con ocasión de un trámite de revisión de la Corte Constitucional.
